An Airpoints™ account allows you to earn, redeem, and view your Airpoints Dollars™ account balance. You can spend your Airpoints Dollars on travel or on anything in the Airpoints™ Store.

An Airpoints™ for Business account allows you to add Employees and Administrators. Business Owners and Administrators can reward Employees with
Airpoints Dollars™.
You can earn Airpoints Dollars™ on everyday business expenses and flights, and spend them in the
Airpoints™ Store or on business travel expenses.
How do I join Airpoints™ for Business?
Before starting the registration process, please ensure you have the following:
Your NZBN (if you do not know this, you can search for it on the NZBN Register) or IRD number A Business Owner or Nominated Company Executive available, with a personal Airpoints™ account Your business address, business contact details, etc.

The Business Owner or Nominated Company Executive must Sign In to their existing personal Airpoints account to begin the registration process.
2.
Visit the Airpoints™ for Business page (found in the main menu) and click "Join Airpoints for Business".
3.
Follow all of the steps on the page to complete your Airpoints for Business registration.
4.
That's it - you can now accumulate, view, gift and spend the business's Airpoints Dollars™ and add registered Employees to this Airpoints account!
What do you do with Airpoints Dollars™?
Travel
Airpoints Dollars™ can be used towards Air New Zealand flights, Koru memberships, rental cars and travel insurance.

Airpoints™ Store
Use your Airpoints Dollars™ to shop online at the Airpoints™ Store with over 10,000+ great gifts and rewards.

Incentives
With an Airpoints™ for Business account, you can reward your hardworking employees with Airpoints Dollars™.

You’ll earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for every $50 on eligible purchases or 1 Airpoints Dollar for every $25 when purchasing a mobility scooter*, or part of an Airpoints Dollar when you’re spending less than that.

You can find out how many Airpoints Dollars you’ve earned on individual purchases at Goldfern Mobility when you sign into your online Airpoints account on Air New Zealand’s website.
You can find out how many Airpoints Dollars you’ve earned on individual bookings at Goldfern Mobility when you sign into your online Airpoints account on Air New Zealand’s website.
First, double-check the date of your purchase. We’ll load any Airpoints Dollars you earn at Goldfern Mobility onto your Airpoints account within the first 7 working days of the month following the invoice due date. On current accounts only, unless prior arrangement has been made. If it’s been less than 7 working days, hold tight.
If that time has passed and your Airpoints Dollars still aren’t showing in your account, get in touch with our Goldfern Mobility Customer Support team. We’ll ask to see a copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or invoice to confirm that your purchase was eligible to earn Airpoints Dollars. If it was, we’ll confirm your details then follow up with Air New Zealand on your behalf.
Your Airpoints Dollars will remain valid for four years from the date they were accrued to your Account. Following four years from accrual, the Airpoints Dollars will expire and be removed from your Account on the anniversary of the day you joined the Airpoints Programme. The ability to spend Airpoints Dollars on products or services is not currently available at Goldfern Mobility. However, you are able to spend your Airpoints Dollars on a range of products on the Airpoints Store.
If a purchase is returned or refunded for any reason, any Airpoints Dollars earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Airpoints account that earned the Airpoints Dollars at the time of purchase.
