Goldfern Mobility are a wholesaler that distributes to resellers around the country. We are also a provider of equipment to the Ministry of Health for the elderly and less-able.
As we navigate a nationwide lock-down to stop the spread of the COVID19 Coronavirus, Goldfern Mobility is deemed an essential business, and we remain open. Any service or equipment that prevents serious harm or hospitilisation, or supports the discharge from hospital falls into the essential category.
It may be that your local reseller is not open during this time, or your Occupational Therapist is conducting phone assessments from home. Either way, we are here to help.
If you urgently require one of our products, and your local store is closed, please contact us directly and we will facilitate the sale on their behalf. To ensure your reseller is looked after in times like this, we will pass a credit to them for the transacted sale.
Its important we look after your needs, as well as the loyal stockists of our product.
If your Occupational Therapist has issued a piece of equipment to you from our range, we will process the order and ensure the delivery is conducted appropriately.
We have limited staff on site, executing social distancing protocol at all times. Hand washing and sanitising is done regularly, and all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
We have 1 courier collection per day, and that is strictly no-contact. The goods are placed outside, collected and delivered according to PBT’s no-contact delivery process. They will not deliver to the door, however they will ask for your full name, from a safe distance.
