WE ARE OPEN

Goldfern Mobility are a wholesaler that distributes to resellers around the country. We are also a provider of equipment to the Ministry of Health for the elderly and less-able.

As we navigate a nationwide lock-down to stop the spread of the COVID19 Coronavirus, Goldfern Mobility is deemed an essential business, and we remain open. Any service or equipment that prevents serious harm or hospitilisation, or supports the discharge from hospital falls into the essential category.

It may be that your local reseller is not open during this time, or your Occupational Therapist is conducting phone assessments from home. Either way, we are here to help.

If you urgently require one of our products, and your local store is closed, please contact us directly and we will facilitate the sale on their behalf. To ensure your reseller is looked after in times like this, we will pass a credit to them for the transacted sale.

Its important we look after your needs, as well as the loyal stockists of our product.

If your Occupational Therapist has issued a piece of equipment to you from our range, we will process the order and ensure the delivery is conducted appropriately.

We have limited staff on site, executing social distancing protocol at all times. Hand washing and sanitising is done regularly, and all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

We have 1 courier collection per day, and that is strictly no-contact. The goods are placed outside, collected and delivered according to PBT’s no-contact delivery process. They will not deliver to the door, however they will ask for your full name, from a safe distance.

Goldfern Mobility is deeply proud to be a 100% Kiwi family-owned operation. Our family of four embarked on our first business adventure in 1980. Working together in every corner of the business – from cleaning bathrooms to customer service – we created a solid foundation for the years to come.

Decades later, we are still in business together and our family has grown to include two beautiful daughters-in-law, three grandchildren, and two grand puppies. The four of us are proud of the hard work invested and the business we have built as a team. For more information about our team, please visit us at www.vininggroup.co.nz.

Our years of experience have taught us that passion and a purpose is integral to business success.

At Goldfern Mobility, these traits are easy to find. We aim to provide quality products to make everyday tasks a little more manageable for those living with a disability. We genuinely believe our clients deserve the best products to help them live the details of life well.

When we first learned we could provide quality disability and rehabilitation equipment for a reasonable price, we couldn’t help but research the industry in New Zealand. The more we learned and listened to client stories, the more passionate we became.

For over five years we have listened and learned from our clients. We are intentionally selective with our stock and our size to ensure we meet an expected standard of excellence. We work to modify our equipment as necessary, so everything meets our 3-point standard: Safe. Functional. Affordable.

Goldfern Mobility is committed to you. We look forward to working together soon!
